The 14 day guarantee

Every LitBooked digital product comes with a 14 day money back guarantee. If a toolkit or course does not help your business, email hello@litbooked.co within 14 days of purchase with your payment reference and we will issue a full refund. No forms, no interrogation, one email.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

Scope

The guarantee applies to all one time digital product purchases on litbooked.co. Marketing service engagements are governed by their individual agreements. Abuse of the policy, meaning repeated purchase and refund of the same products, may result in refusal of future sales.
