What we collect

When you buy a product we collect your name and email, for delivery and receipts. When you request a free audit we collect the details you submit in the form: name, company, email, city, any links you give us and your answers. When you email us we hold your message and address.

How we use it

To deliver purchases, provide audits, respond to you, and occasionally send relevant updates about LitBooked products. You can opt out of updates with a single reply. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card details go directly to Razorpay secure systems and never touch our servers. See the Razorpay privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Forms

Audit requests and playbook requests are submitted directly to litbooked.co and stored on our own server, so that we can provide the audit and follow up. We no longer route form submissions through any third party form relay.

Accounts

If you create an account to buy a toolkit, we store your name, email and a hashed password. Passwords are hashed and are never stored or transmitted in readable form. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google and store those.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits in aggregate. Your cart contents are stored locally in your own browser and are never sent to us until you check out. A session cookie is set only if you sign in.

Data retention

Order records are kept for accounting purposes. Audit and playbook enquiries are kept while they are relevant to a live conversation and removed on request.

Your rights

Email hello@litbooked.co at any time to access, correct or delete your data. We action requests within 7 days.
